A 501(C)(3) nonprofit dedicated to creating meaningful and inclusive employment and vocational training opportunities in a neurodiverse world.
All proceeds from Spectrum Designs and Spectrum Suds go towards the ongoing expansion and advancement of hiring & retaining an inclusive and integrated workforce. Every hour of work allows people of all skill sets & abilities to flourish, improve self-confidence, make friends, gain independence, earn a paycheck, and so much more.
Staff are paid at least minimum wage, creating an environment where both our employees and the economy can prosper.
