A 501(C)(3) nonprofit dedicated to creating meaningful and inclusive employment and vocational training opportunities in a neurodiverse world.
All proceeds from Spectrum Designs and Spectrum Suds go towards the ongoing expansion and advancement of hiring & retaining an inclusive and integrated workforce. Every hour of work allows people of all skill sets & abilities to flourish, improve self-confidence, make friends, gain independence, earn a paycheck, and so much more.
We’ve partnered with Colortime Crafts & Markers™ to create a unique line of colorable T-shirts, pillowcases, and drawstring bags. Every purchase benefits the employees of Spectrum Designs and creates hours of neurodiverse employment.
Staff are paid at least minimum wage, creating an environment where both our employees and the economy can prosper.
